Iraq and Japan discuss reviving West Euphrates desert

The Minister of Water Resources Jamal A’adli discussed with the Ambassador of Japan in Iraq Nowfowmi Hashimoto the ways of cooperation to revive the West Euphrates desert.

A statement issued by the ministry said that both high rank officials discussed the cooperation ways to revive one million hectares of the West Euphrates desert by using the underground water and the modern irrigation systems
