Iraq participates in Arab Parliament in Cairo

Iraqi Speaker of Iraqi Parliament Muhammed al-Halbousi participated in the Arab Parliaments Con in Cairo on Sunday.

Al-Halbousi stated that it is highly important to apply the results of the decision regarding supporting the brotherly country, Sudan.

“This comes to increase the efforts of removing Sudan from State-sponsored terrorism list,” he added in his proceeding.

He also presented how Iraq was able to defeat Daesh terrorist groups and ending their destruction in the country, “Iraq has achieved this victory on behalf of all the good people in the world. We have offered so many sacrifices to maintain security and stability,”

Al-Halbousi expressed his hopes that these meeting would result in an Arab reconciliation in different levels, “Hopefully, these meetings will also end the disputes between the friendly countries,”
