Zarif: Trade exchange exceeded $8b

    Iran’s Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif, said on Wednesday, that the trade exchange between Iran and Iraq have reached to more than $8b.

    Zarif said, during his participation in the economic forum held by the Iranian consulate in Karbala, that his country is ready to zero customs duty with Iraq, pointing that there are more than 80 Iranian companies participating in reconstructing Iraq in post-Daesh era, adding that Iran, is working on laying oil pipeline between Naft Khana and Basra, asserting that the visitors of the two countries mounted to 6 millions, suggesting to lift the entry visa..

    Iran’s Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif, arrived, on Wednesday to Holy land of Karbala.

    INA correspondent to the province, said that the conference is to shed light on investment in fields of oil petrochemicals and electricity, adding that governor of Karbala and heads of Chambers of commerce at the provinces, besides head of the joint trade Iraqi-Iranian chamber of commerce are to attend the conference.
