Integrity arrests officials involved in bribery in Diwaniyah

Two officials were arrested involved in bribery in Diwaniyah by the investigating department.

Integrity commission said in a statement, which INA received a copy of today, that “they arrested the manager of Rafidain Bank branch in the right side because his involved in bribery after catching the sum in his pocket, at the same time arrested the accounts manager of Diwaniya Educational Hospital who was at the crime scene, both of them agreed to take the bribery sum from one of contractors versus pay his receivables”.

Added “both accuseds and the money were referred to the investigating judge who decides to prison them to investigate with them and renew their arresting time”.
