Speaker of the Parliament Muhammed al-Halbusi condemned the terrorist explosions that targeted the citizens in al-Qa’im District on Friday.
“Immediate procedures must be taken to stop such repetitive breaches in the recaptured areas. Intelligence efforts must be increased and security forces must be enough to maintain security and protection,” stated al-Halbusi.
He explained that such repetitive breaches threaten the country’s security and the victories achieved by the sacrifices of many Iraqis in order to recapture these areas.
Theresa May said on Friday she would quit, setting up a contest that will bring a new British prime minister to power who could pursue a cleaner break with the European Union.
