Al-Kaabi: Parliament will work to support military, security depts.

INA - BAGHDAD

First Deputy Speaker of the Parliament Hassan al-Kaabi congratulated the officers and the Iraqi Army for their 98^th anniversary and expressed the parliament support to all who have been into counter-terrorism.

He also called to focus on providing the all the requirements that the Iraqi Army needs and to take care of the families of the martyrs that have died during the fight against Daesh terrorist groups, as well as following up with the wounded ones.

At the same time, Al-Kaabi asserted the importance to enhance the military departments by providing developed programs and training curriculums as well as providing weapons and modern types of equipment.

“The speakers and members of the Parliament will make the laws that support the soldiers and the security and military departments in general,” said al-Kaabi.
