Abdul Mahdi meets the members of the Association of short-stature

Prime Minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi received on Wednesday a number of members of the Association of the short-stature to learn about their situation, activities and their needs.

According to a statement by his office received by the Iraqi News Agency, Abdul-Mahdi said that the short stature citizens are equal with the rest of the citizens and have their own advantages, and promised the Prime Minister to work to find legislation to convert their work to the General Assembly includes the determination of percentages of job opportunities and exemptions and facilities and invited them to contribute to the preparation, He also promised to provide a permanent headquarters for the association and to ensure payment of his annual rent.
