Iraqi Parliament voted over the candidate judges of the federal appealing court on Saturday.
The judges' names included Numan Kareem Ahmed, Kadhim Abbas Habib, Muhammed Qasim Muhammed, Muhammed Abd Ali ShadHan and Hassan Fouad Munim.
The Prime Minister stressed the need to increase electricity production and stability during the coming summer and to fulfill the ministry's commitments to improve the electrical system.
Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi received on Wednesday the chief executive of the British Petroleum Group, Bob Dudley, who expressed the company's desire to work in Iraq and his admiration for plans to stabilize and develop the economy.
Iraq's representative to the United Nations Mohammad Bahr al-Ulum said the government's success in providing salaries for all employees in 2019, including Peshmerga fighters.
Kuwait's ambassador to the United Nations, Ambassador Mansour al-Otaibi, reiterated Wednesday his country's full support for Iraq.
