INA - BAGHDAD Iraqi Turkmen Front (ITF) former Secretary for Kirkuk warned that article 76 of the constitution for naming the niggest bloc might be breached. "The president must abide by Article 76 to allow the biggest bloc forming the new government," Turan said to INA. "We hope that the president won't allow any other character to form the government unless the biggest bloc is named," he added. Otherwise, any other procedure is taken would hold the president questionable and accountable and might lead to hinder the votes for the next government. Edited by: Shahad J Hassan
