Transport Minister Nasser Hussein Al-Shibli confirmed today, Friday, that airlines made more than $ 18 million in profits for this month.
Al-Shibli told the Iraqi News Agency (INA): "The monthly report of Iraqi Airways shows a real development in the company's work, and that it achieved $ 18 million during the current month," noting that "the Corona pandemic greatly affected the company's work in the previous period."
He added that "Iraqi Airways has begun to achieve development, but not at the level of ambition," explaining that "he has some tasks and after completing them, he will go to the airlines and cooperate with its director to develop work in the company soon."
